I’m Mike Skiff, and for over 10 years, I ran a traditional marketing agency."
We did what everyone else did—got great results, drove traffic, and made phones ring. But as I ventured out to build my own home services company, I hit a brick wall that no agency had a solution for: The Missed Call Gap. I was busy serving customers at the highest level. I couldn't answer the phone 24/7. And in local business, if you don't answer in under 60 seconds, you don't just lose a lead—you lose an average of $280 to $1,200 in missed opportunity. I realized that "more leads" wasn't the answer if the business owner was too busy to catch them.
THE MISSION
The Death of the "Digital Brochure."
I created the CHAIS System to solve my own problem. I didn't want a website that just "looked nice"—I wanted a website that worked. I needed an "AI Employee" that knew my business, answered questions with nuance, and booked appointments while I was on a job site or at dinner with my family.
Today, our mission is simple: To help 1,000 local businesses leverage AI to automate their marketing, maximize their profits, and cross the 8-figure mark.

When he’s not with his kids or cheering on his favorite teams, Mike is obsessed with helping local business owners win in the new AI economy. He founded this agency to give hardworking entrepreneurs the same high-level tools used by giants. For Mike, it’s not just about clean code—it’s about building a legacy of growth for his family and yours.
